    Placement of your order constitutes the acceptance of these terms so please read this carefully.

                                        Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to shipping any product on this site.  For personally designed custom products, contact us for the details.
                                          Return
Every item is 100% satisfaction guaranteed on workmanship, quality or damage. We will accept returns within 4 days of receipt.  Customer must contact us at 913-541-2063 or at Service@customstoneurns.com for return shipping address.  Item must be returned in the original container with packing slip.  We will refund the full price less shipping and handling.

  Sale Items
Sale items are final once shipped unless damaged in shipment if damaged in shipment the item can be returned for 100% refund.

              Cancel a Order                    
Canceling an order on a custom or sample product  can be done within 24 hours with a 100% refund on payment if not shipped. If product was ordered to have a custom inlay such as a name or art incorporated into it that work had begun and the order is canceled there is a 50% charge of the price of the urn. 50% of the cost of the order will be returned to you.

  Shipping
Shipping is by ground and is approximately 3-7 days.  For other options, contact us directly for instructions.

                                        Materials
The purchaser acknowledges that these are natural materials such as granite, marble, ceramic, limestone and other natural products that will have variations in color, pattern, texture and other characteristics.
                                      Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.525% will be added to all orders shipped within Kansas.
